We believe that Yelp has been a great way to let people know about our service.
Some of our clients that have left legitimate, unsolicited, and unpaid reviews have not been heard on Yelp’s main page; They were filtered?
From http://www.yelp.com/faq June 2013. Is the filter ever wrong?
"The filter sometimes affects perfectly legitimate reviews and misses some fake ones, too. After all, legitimate reviews sometimes look questionable, and questionable reviews sometimes look legitimate. We think the filter does a good job given the sheer volume of reviews and the difficulty of its task, but it doesn't really matter what we think — consumers will only use Yelp if we do a good job of showcasing the most helpful and reliable reviews."
From the Los Angeles Times. April 22, 2013.
“Yelp relies on an algorithm that's supposed to weed out fake entries but snares countless legitimate ones too.”
Yelp does not provide a manual method for small businesses to prove that the filtered review were from an actual customer, nor does Yelp provide a manual method for the person who actually left the review to verify they are a real customer.
Below is what actual customers said about our service. This is all 7 filtered reviews (33% of all of our Yelp reviews) as of June, 1. 2013. Once again, they all are from actual people who used our service. They are Legitimate, Unsolicited, and were not paid or compensated in any way.
We sincerely thank all of them for there time and business.

I surprised my boyfriend with a birthday wine trip to Sonoma. After researching several limo services, I chose Liberty Limousines for an afternoon of wine tasting. What a GREAT decision! Steve was courteous, prompt, and extremely accomodating. He even helped us research a wine dinner, and assisted us in securing reservations for that evening! The limo was beatiful, well stocked, and he even had a happy birthday banner and birthday napkins in the limo!!! What a nice touch! Steve was so helpful in identifying wineries (very knowledgeable of the area), taking pictures, always there to open the door, and willing to assist us in every way to make our day VERY special. And thanks to Steve, it couldn't have been more perfect!!!! He is the consumate professional. I would highly recommend Steve and Liberty Limousines for ANY occasion you are having. He will be your best decision!!! Thanks, Steve!!!

We were recommended to Liberty for a wine tour by another limo company who was unable to fit us into their schedule. It was a fantastic recommendation as Steve was easy to work with, had suggestions on where to go for first time Napa visitors, was on time and very polite. Everyone in my party was raving about how professional his services were. The limo comes with a bottle of champagne, sodas and plenty of bottle water. The water was replenished at every stop and there was even wi-fi available! Liberty has very competitive rates and I would definitely be using their services again.

Steve was AWESOME, he was professional, helpful, and so polite! The limo was booked for a wine tour. The limo was stocked at all times and every time we got back in after each stop he had picked up and arranged everything perfect for our next winery. We will definately spread the word and being using this service again :)

Based on Yelp reviews, I recently used Liberty for my 45th birthday. We went from Santa Cruz to San Francisco and back. There was a group of 7 of us and we all raved about how nice the limo was and how gracious Steve was. There is not a better deal to be found and Steve was professional, flexible, and helpful.
My group of friends are already wanting to plan another outing using Steve's service. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience, from cleanliness and attractiveness of the limo (inside and out), to Steve's amazing service from the moment I called until the end of the big night. It's rare to find such a great deal with perfect service. A true class act. THANKS STEVE!

Liberty Limousines is awesome! Steve is the best chauffeur and is the reason we had a perfect day in Napa! We had Steve for 6 hours and he picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. We only had 2 places we had to go and I asked for recommendations otherwise. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and recommended a great winery to us that had a delicious deli onsite for picnicking. The limo had a great music system and soda and water was restocked at every stop. We enjoyed our complimentary sparkling wine and appreciated Steve's patience with us. It was a great day and everyone in our party raved about the service.
If you are going to Napa, skip the bus tours and hire Steve. It ended up being cheaper per person and was so much more amazing than any bus tour ever could be!!!

I agree with all the other yelpers, Steve is FANTASTIC!
He is very prompt, reasonable, courteous, and professional. I have used his services twice for nights out in the city with friends. He knows his way around and his limo is always clean and fresh.

I too, only created a Yelp account to review Steve. He was an absolutely amazing chauffeur, as well as extremely polite and gentlemanly. He hurried to open doors, helped unload the many bottles of wine we had purchased in Napa, and was a generally helpful tour guide. He was punctual, professional, and the limo was immaculate, and well-stocked I might add. The rates are highly competitive, and I did A LOT of research. After actually getting to experience the limo and the amenities, I would say he is probably the best deal around for what you get. There is no question that he will be my go-to guy for any transportation needs in the future.
